The role involves compassionate outreach, funeral planning support, and coordination with company leadership under the Letter of Agreement. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Makes regular visits to worksites to build trust and relationships.
• Provides pastoral discussions and references to specialized resources as needed.
• Supports funerals, grief care, and post-termination pastoral care when appropriate.
• Represents ministry services to clients and participates in new employee orientation.
• Responds to leadership requests within the scope of the services agreement.
