Marketplace Chaplains seeks Chaplains to serve employees and their families across client sites in a remote capacity. The role centers on providing confidential pastoral care, spiritual support, and outreach within Christian ministry, often visiting worksites weekly when possible.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary, interfaith setting.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to interact with clients and families.
• Spiritual maturity and commitment to Christian ministry within MCHAP's values.
• Professional diplomacy and excellent customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Google Suites and Microsoft Office.
• Valid state driver's license and required insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serves as messenger of faith, mission, and purpose.
• Visits worksites regularly to interact with employees and build relationships.
• Provides confidential pastoral discussions for personal issues.
• Assists in planning or attending funerals and bereavement support.
• Coordinates notifications of death or serious injuries to families and employees.
• May provide post-termination care to ease transitions.
