Qualifications

• Diplomacy, patience, courtesy with diverse groups, and high service standards.
• Excellent oral and written communication; maintain emotional stability under stress.
• Ability to analyze information, define problems, and propose solutions.
• Proficiency with Google Suites/Microsoft Office and other software.
• Must have an active state driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a messenger of faith, mission, and purpose to employees and families.
• Visits worksites weekly to build trust and relational support.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions and spiritual guidance as needed.
• Coordinate referrals for specialized employee assistance and community resources.
