Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Corporate Banking Specialist to support Relationship Managers in loan approvals, closings, onboarding, servicing and regulatory duties. You will coordinate documentation, monitor loan status, and respond to client inquiries to ensure timely updates.

The role requires 2–4 years in corporate banking, familiarity with banking products and credit standards, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in corporate banking or financial services support role.
• Knowledge of banking products, loan and deposit processes, regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with loan documentation and KYC where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational and client service support to Relationship Managers in maintaining the Corporate Banking portfolio.
• Performs client service and follow-up activities to support satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinates documentation and internal requests for prospective and new client relationships.
• Supports new and existing Bank clients and addresses service requests and questions.
• Collects and verifies income, employment, credit information for analysis.
• Monitors loan status from post-approval to disbursement.
