City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Senior Client Services Specialist to support large Corporate, Real Estate, Business Banking, and Private Client Group clients with depository, loan, and treasury management services. The role emphasizes timely, accurate servicing and regulatory compliance within CNB policies.

You will manage multiple tasks, coordinate with cross-functional teams, handle loan servicing requests, onboarding, and client communications, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in client service, preferably in financial services.
• Deep understanding of banking products and services, especially loan servicing, depository, and treasury management.
• Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Proficient in using loan/depository systems and banking software for processing transactions and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Address client inquiries and service requests promptly to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Onboard new clients by opening and processing accounts and services per CNB policies.
• Handle loan servicing tasks including advances, pay-downs, statements, and related items with accuracy.
• Coordinate with RMs and other departments to complete onboarding, forms, and training as needed.
• Maintain client data, prepare reports, and support pipeline management and KYC/compliance tasks.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the RM or supervisor as needed.
