Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Client Services Specialist to support large corporate, real estate, business banking, and private client groups with depository, loan, and treasury management services. You will manage onboarding, document collection, and regulatory compliance while handling domestic and international transfers and daily client inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of client service experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services with loan/treasury familiarity.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding of new clients and process all account openings.
• Handle loan servicing requests, including processing and documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and complete KYCs/EDDs on onboarding.
• Coordinate with departments for onboarding, training, and implementation.
• Process transfers, stop payments, and client inquiries in line with policy.
