Jobot is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Associate Attorney in New Jersey to support a diverse client base from startups to Fortune 500s. The role emphasizes mergers and acquisitions, financings, and sophisticated contract work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of corporate experience, NJ bar admission, and strong negotiation and drafting abilities, with a proven track record in complex transactions and governance matters.

Formación

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission to New Jersey required.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate law experience with a focus on M&A and contract negotiation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Committed to client service and professionalism.
• Proficient with common legal research tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert legal counsel on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence investigations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of complex commercial contracts.
• Advise clients on corporate governance and policy development.
• Monitor changes in corporate law and advise on impact to clients.
