Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in sales or customer service.

• Typing 35–40 wpm required.
• Proficiency in word processing and basic spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate account customers.
• Document daily activities and customer relations interactions.
• Schedule and attend appointments for corporate account changes and renewals.
• Process corporate account alterations, additions, conversions, and renewals.
• Meet with customers to resolve concerns and questions.
• Contact discontinuing customers to retain or sign new accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
