• Meet with physicians, hospital staff and office groups to identify clinical needs and discuss how Vascular products help achieve goals.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel and identify key decision makers.
• Provide clinical education and in-service training for company products.
• Educate customers on product usage through presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend clinical procedures in Cardiac Cath Lab, IR Lab, and OR to ensure customer success.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints with feasible solutions in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Support regional case coverage beyond the defined territory.
