Qualifications

• Relevant Technical Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for clinical support in surgical coverage, troubleshooting and in-service education for Abbott Vascular products.
• Educate customers on product merits and clinical usage via presentations and demonstrations.
• Perform clinical and library research and participate in case reviews and clinical observation with physicians and lab staff.
• Attend clinical procedures in hospital labs and operating rooms to assure customer and patient success with products.
• Travel to meet with existing and potential clients to discuss clinical needs and demonstrate product capabilities.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers and facilitate future sales.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing feasible solutions with cross-functional teams.
