Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to travel 50% within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical procedure and product expert in hospital case coverage.
• Meet with physicians and hospital staff to discuss needs and demonstrate products.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel and identify decision makers.
• Act as primary clinical support resource for case coverage and in-service education.
• Educate customers on product usage through presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend procedures in Cardiac Cath Lab/IR Lab/OR to ensure patient success.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints with feasible solutions.
• Support the broader Region with additional case coverage as needed.
