Responsibilities

Serve as technical procedure and product expert for case coverage in hospital settings.
Meet with physicians and hospital staff to identify clinical needs and discuss Vascular products.
Develop relationships with hospital personnel and identify key decision makers.
Provide clinical support, troubleshooting, and in-service education for company products.
Educate customers on product merits through presentations and demos across formats.
Attend procedures in Cardiac Cath Lab, IR Lab, and OR to ensure customer success.
Respond to customer needs and complaints with feasible solutions.
