Job summary

Isabella Bank is seeking a Core Systems Specialist to provide essential administrative and system support for the bank's core processing platform at the Mount Pleasant operations center. The role focuses on maintaining user access, documenting workflows, and ensuring stability across core system operations in daily tasks.

You will work with tools like jhaEnterprise Workflow, Synergy, and eSign, and collaborate with the Core Systems Manager to ensure accurate processing and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree in business, information systems, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of banking or financial operations experience required.
• Familiarity with Xperience Framework, SilverLake, jhaEnterprise Workflow, Synergy, ArgoKeys, Banno, 4|Sight, SilverLake Teller, and eSign are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedures to complete daily core system tasks and monitor first-level job progression, identifying and troubleshooting basic processing errors.
• Performs item processing functions including sending and receiving cash letters, completing data entry, balancing work, and file transmission.
• Provides first-level support for users of the core system and complementary applications, resolving routine issues and escalating complex problems as needed.
• Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow quality, contributing suggestions within a team environment.
• Ensures procedural documentation remains current, accurate, and aligned with established standards.
• Supports the creation, maintenance, and administration of systems such as jhaEnterprise Workflow, Synergy, and eSign.
• Performs other duties and project work as assigned to ensure stable and accurate core systems operations.
