Town & Country Credit Union is seeking a Core Services Manager to lead the administration, optimization, and support of the credit union’s core processing platform and related business applications. You will oversee system performance, enhancements, and integrations while coordinating vendor relationships and developing a team of Business Analysts.

You will partner with departments to identify efficiency opportunities, improve member service, and ensure security and compliance across systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with core processing systems and financial applications.
• Familiarity with system integrations, workflows, reporting, and automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating projects, vendor relationships, or technology implementations.
• Understanding of system security, access controls, data integrity, and change management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Aufgaben

• Lead the administration, optimization, and support of the core processing platform and related business applications.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate production incident resolution.
• Oversee system upgrades, releases, and testing; document changes.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline workflows.
• Guide development and maintenance of integrations and automated workflows.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and monitor service performance.
• Collaborate with Information Security, Risk, Compliance, and Audit on controls and audits.
• Coach and develop Business Analysts; manage priorities and performance.
• Partner with departments to understand needs and implement solutions.
• Support disaster recovery planning and off-hours maintenance when needed.
