You will oversee system performance, drive upgrades and integrations, manage vendor relationships, and coach a team of Business Analysts to translate business needs into practical solutions that boost member service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience administering or managing core processing systems and business applications in a financial institution.
• Ability to lead system upgrades, integrations, and vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Jack Henry Symitar Quest core processing platform and related applications.
• Ensure system performance, data integrity, and efficient operations.
• Lead upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and implementations with proper testing and documentation.
• Manage programs, automated workflows, and technical solutions that support business needs.
• Build strong vendor relationships and monitor service performance.
