Job summary

Farm Credit East is seeking a Business Analyst to support product owners, technology teams, and the wider organization in discovering, developing, testing, and delivering roadmap items. You will act as a subject matter expert for assigned products and help identify opportunities for innovation to better serve our customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture or related field.
• Experience with FISERV DNA, Salesforce, nCINO, CCH Tax or Encompass LOS preferred.
• Experience in software testing and/or Quality Assurance preferred.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Hybrid work options after two weeks of employment with Farm Credit East. Hybrid work options are determined based on job role and balancing the needs of the customers, the team, and individual work performance. This will be reviewed based on manager discretion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owner to execute core business system strategy.
• Support Portfolio Management Plan for core business systems including performance metrics and risks.
• Draft requirements for new or updated core systems ideas.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to optimize platform design.
• Develop understanding of customer and employee needs within core systems and aid adoption and utilization.
• Assist in change enablement with training and communications.
