Job summary

Farm Credit East is seeking a results-oriented product development professional to lead core business system initiatives and drive adoption across teams. You will work with product owners to implement strategy, manage the portfolio plan, and ensure alignment with stakeholders while collaborating with vendors and Farm Credit partners.

You will also create system requirements, support communication plans, and lead training to enable successful changes across the organization.

Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Experience with FISERV DNA, Salesforce, nCINO, CCH Tax or Encompass LOS is preferred.
• Experience in software testing and QA is preferred.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners to implement core business system strategy and align with stakeholders.
• Execute the Core Business System Portfolio Management Plan, guiding current/future systems and prioritizing high-value products.
• Create requirements for new/updated core business system ideas within the ideation process.
• Update plans with product owners to ensure deep user knowledge for platform use.
• Collaborate with FPI, vendors and Farm Credit System partners to optimize platform design.
• Develop an understanding of customer, employee and FCE needs within core systems.
• Support communication strategies for new/existing systems to enable adoption.
• Deliver training and adoption of FCE technology platforms; promote One Team ethos.
• Develop change enablement plans and training for each process rollout.
