Job summary

Farm Credit East is seeking a Product Development/Innovation professional to bridge strategy with day-to-day operations, drive platform innovation, and coordinate with product owners and stakeholders. The role emphasizes customer needs, system adoption, and transformational change within a diversified agriculture finance environment.

You will work on core business systems, collaborate with vendors, and support training and communication to ensure successful rollout of new and existing platforms.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with FISERV DNA, Salesforce, nCINO, CCH Tax or Encompass LOS preferred.
• Experience in software testing and/or Quality Assurance preferred.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Hybrid work options after two weeks of employment, determined by job role and performance.

Responsibilities

• Works with product owners to execute core business system strategy and align with stakeholders.
• Executes the Core Business System Portfolio Management Plan to govern current and future systems, metrics, risks and resource allocation.
• Creates requirements for new or updated core business systems within the ideation process.
• Collaborates with product owners to plan and utilize deep user knowledge for platform innovation.
• Works with vendors and partners to optimize platform design and solutions.
• Supports communication strategy to align with the overall plan and ensure system adoption and utilization.
• Supports change enablement, training and delivery of strategic programs within the organization.
