Job summary

Farm Credit East is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge strategy and operations, collaborating with Product Owners and Technology teams to deliver the roadmap and drive system innovation. The role focuses on understanding customer and employee needs, enabling adoption and providing debugging support.

The ideal candidate will have a background in business or agriculture with experience in core banking/loan platforms, plus a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture or a related field.
• Experience and expertise in the FISERV DNA, Salesforce, nCINO, CCH Tax or Encompass LOS Platform preferred.
• Experience in software Testing and/or Quality Assurance preferred.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners to execute core business system strategy and meet stakeholder expectations.
• Support portfolio management, optimize resource allocation and balance the product mix across initiatives.
• Develop requirements for new or updated core business systems within the ideation process.
• Work with vendors and partners to optimize platform solutions and design.
