Job summary

Farm Credit East is seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a core business systems product professional. You will work with product owners to implement system strategy, align stakeholders, and help manage the portfolio of core platforms including performance metrics and resource planning.

You will create requirements, monitor plans, and collaborate across vendors and partners to optimize platform solutions while driving adoption and communication across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with core business systems and product portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners to implement core business system strategy and align stakeholders.
• Lead and update the portfolio plan for current and future core business systems.
• Define requirements for new or updated system ideas within the ideation process.
• Communicate and train stakeholders to ensure adoption and use of platforms.
