Responsibilities

• Schedules, plans, staffs, and monitors workflow to meet goals.
• Procures supplies and equipment while staying within budget and quality goals.
• Provides technical oversight and problem solving for accurate test performance.
• Evaluates workflow to maintain turnaround times and productivity.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with documentation, audits, and actions.
• Maintains SOPs, quality practices, and implements new methods.
