Qualifications

• Lived experience with SMI and/or SUD.
• Two years of recovery time from mental health and/or substance abuse disorder.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals' health needs and advocate for their goals.
• Document encounters and participate in case reviews.
