Qualifications

• Lived experience with SMI and/or SUD.
• Two years of recovery time from a mental health and/or substance abuse disorder.
• Experience in direct outreach and engagement for individuals with SMI and SUD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community outreach to individuals with SMI.
• Support individuals' health needs by scheduling appointments.
• Build trust and relationships with individuals.
