Qualifications

• Lived experience with SMI and/or SUD.
• Two years recovery time from mental health and/or substance abuse disorder.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community outreach to individuals with SMI.
• Support individual health needs by scheduling appointments and taking vitals.
• Serve as the primary point-of-contact for individuals.
