Qualifications

• One year experience in application support or similar functions.
• In depth knowledge of banking systems and competence in using Microsoft Office.
• Provide courteous, prompt, professional and exceptional service in all forms of communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide end user support for core banking applications and related products.
• Assist with access control, user setups, password resets and security duties.
• Handle helpdesk queries by phone, email and ticketing system.
• Assist with daily tasks and month-end processes for the Application Support group.
• Engage vendors for issue resolution and feature inquiries.
• Support process improvements and training for branch staff and internal teams.
