Job summary

Levo Credit Union is seeking a Systems & Data Specialist to provide technical system support for member-facing applications and teams. You will gather, verify, and report information from multiple systems and develop maintenance procedures.

The role involves operating the Core Banking System and peripheral systems, managing daily/nightly jobs, and coordinating system updates per management guidelines. Strong data analysis and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Associate’s degree or 1–3 years related experience or equivalent.
• Language: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information; write reports and procedures.
• Math: Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percent; interpret charts and graphs.
• Reasoning/Computer: Define problems, interpret technical instructions; knowledge of databases, internet, spreadsheets, and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical system support for member-facing applications and teams.
• Operate Core Banking System and peripheral systems; manage daily/nightly jobs and reports.
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot processing jobs and schedules.
• Assist updates to Core Banking System and related documentation; disseminate updates.
• Schedule maintenance with minimal member impact and coordinate with Project Managers.
• Conduct data analysis to support initiatives improving efficiency and member satisfaction.
