Qualifications
- 5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration in enterprise environments.
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Copilot, AI services, and automation.
- Proven ability to govern, secure, and monitor AI workplace solutions.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 Copilot, licensing, configuration, and releases.
- Manage governance, security, compliance, and AI adoption initiatives.
- Serve as Level 3 escalation for Copilot and 365 issues.
- Troubleshoot Graph, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, and connectors.
- Support Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and enterprise AI solutions.
- Monitor performance, health, and metrics; develop dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with Microsoft support and internal stakeholders.
