Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior IT Architect to lead the Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture and governance, driving enterprise adoption while ensuring secure, scalable tenant management. You will partner with leadership to shape AI strategy and coordinate global rollout plans in a hybrid Charlotte environment.

The role requires 5+ years of M365 tenancy administration and Copilot support within enterprise tenants, plus strong Power Platform and scripting skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 tenant administration.
• 1+ years of supporting Copilot service within Microsoft enterprise tenants.
• Microsoft certifications relevant to the role.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent technology experience.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenant administration licensing, configuration, and governance in an enterprise environment.
• Working knowledge of Power Platform administration and environment strategy as it relates to Copilot Studio and agent deployment.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell) and Microsoft 365 automation (Flow, Power Automate, PowerApps).
• Experience building reporting and dashboards on Microsoft 365 tenant and Copilot usage.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture and governance.
• Escalation point for Copilot architecture decisions with leadership.
• Drive Copilot adoption training with business functions.
• Analyze usage to identify adoption gaps and underutilized capabilities.
• Resolve escalated Copilot and Microsoft 365 tenant issues with Microsoft support.
• Assist with day-to-day Microsoft 365 tenant management and governance.
• Assess 365 roadmap updates for tenant impact and coordinate rollouts.
• Support license management ensuring entitlement accuracy and cost-effective consumption.
