Job summary
IDR, Inc. in Austin, TX seeks a Level 3 Support / AI Governance specialist to manage Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI services in a on-site environment.
You will handle licensing, configuration, feature enablement, and service health while evaluating new Copilot capabilities and releases. The role includes AI governance, lifecycle management, analytics, and adoption efforts, partnering with IAM/Security/Architecture to ensure secure access and enterprise integrations, and delivering
Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting Microsoft 365 in a large enterprise environment (advanced administration, engineering, and/or Level 3 support)
- 2+ years hands-on with cloud automation, Copilot/AI services, Power Platform, or enterprise integrations
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint Online, Teams, Graph, Entra ID, Power Platform, Copilot Studio/Chat
- Experience with ITIL-based service management practices
- Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, permissions, and cloud service integrations
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI services
- Manage licensing, configuration, feature enablement, and service health
- Evaluate and help implement new Copilot capabilities and releases
- Maintain operational documentation, standards, and procedures
- Coordinate Microsoft support escalations and lead root-cause analysis
- Provide advanced solutioning to enable Copilot agent use cases
