Location: Austin, TX - Onsite - 5 Days in the office

Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Copilot Administrator to support and administer enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI services. This role will be responsible for platform administration, advanced troubleshooting, AI governance, integrations, service monitoring, and adoption initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Microsoft 365 administration experience along with hands-on expertise in Copilot, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, automation, identity management, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 Copilot, including licensing, configuration, feature enablement, releases, service health monitoring, and operational documentation.
• Manage Copilot-related governance, security, compliance, and AI adoption initiatives.
• Act as the Level 3 escalation point for complex Copilot and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Graph, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, permissions, connectors, and integrations.
• Support Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and enterprise AI solutions.
• Monitor platform performance, service health, and operational metrics.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, adoption metrics, and executive-level status reports.
• Collaborate with Microsoft support teams and internal stakeholders to resolve platform issues.
• Assist with pilot programs, production deployments, and enterprise AI roadmap initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration, engineering, or Level 3 support experience in enterprise environments.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI services, Power Platform, cloud automation, or enterprise integrations.
