Job summary

You will establish AI governance, security controls, and data readiness while collaborating with IT, Security, Legal, HR, and business teams. Hybrid work arrangement typical onsite Tuesday and Wednesday, with growth toward leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years hands-on admin of Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Purview.
• Proficient in PowerShell and security/compliance controls.
• Strong cross-functional communication across IT, Security, Legal, HR, Compliance, and business teams.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI platforms, including licensing, access, configuration, monitoring, and support.
• Establish AI governance, security, and compliance controls using Purview, DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Information Protection, and Conditional Access.
• Improve Microsoft 365 data readiness, permissions, content governance, and SharePoint practices.
• Identify and remediate overexposed or improperly shared content.
• Develop Copilot training, prompt guidance, workshops, and adoption programs.
• Identify AI use cases, lead POCs/pilots, and measure adoption, productivity, and business value.
• Evaluate new AI capabilities and coordinate with Microsoft, technology partners, and internal stakeholders.
