FlexTG is seeking an Experienced Service Technician to maintain and repair office equipment within a designated territory. The role requires strong technical expertise, time management, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include servicing copiers/printers, diagnosing hardware/software issues, installing equipment, and performing preventative maintenance. Daily travel to customer sites is expected in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Proven experience repairing office equipment (copiers/printers).
• Basic networking knowledge (print drivers, connectivity troubleshooting).
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
