Job summary

FlexTG is seeking an Experienced Service Technician to maintain and repair office equipment across a designated territory. This field-based role requires strong technical skills, time management, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

You will service copiers and printers, diagnose hardware/network issues, install configurations, perform preventive maintenance, and support the sales team with upgrade opportunities while maintaining a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Proven experience repairing office equipment (copiers/printers).
• Basic networking knowledge (print drivers, connectivity troubleshooting).
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities
