Tarrant County College (TCC) is seeking a Coordinator, Work-Based Learning to oversee the daily operations of our work-based learning initiatives within Academic Affairs. The role includes budgeting, directing outreach to employers and partners, and guiding program direction.
The position reports to campus leadership and requires a Master's degree with at least three years of related experience, plus strong customer service and collaboration skills. On-site role with regular hours.

This role is responsible for providing managerial level work, overseeing daily operations of their department, program, or major process focused on academic affairs' work-based learning efforts, potentially including some non-credit instructional responsibilities. This position is also responsible for assisting in determining the direction of the department or program, monitoring program budgets, and leading institutional and community outreach.
