The Coordinator for Student Staffing will work to supportrecruitment efforts throughout the fall, spring, and summersemesters for Resident Assistants (RAs) within Housing andResidential Life. The primary role of this position is to providesupport to the Assistant Director for Staff Recruitment. Thecoordinator will be responsible for managing the undergraduaterecruitment, hiring, and re-hiring processes for new and returningcandidates. The Student Staffing Coordinator will assist indeveloping and implementing a comprehensive onboarding experiencefor RA staff, including RA Information Sessions and RAKickoff.
