The Coordinator for Guest Services position will oversee thecustomer experience in the Department of Housing and ResidentialLife (HRL). This individual will be responsible for the developmentand oversight of a tour program for prospective students (dailytours, Bobcat Day, summer orientation, and admitted students day,ect), manage the front desk/reception area and call center of thedepartment, and have oversight and responsibility for monitoring,managing, and ensuring the timely response to concerns that aregenerated through the departmental email address.
