Job summary

Texas State University in San Marcos, TX is seeking a Coordinator for Student Staffing to support RA recruitment and onboarding for Housing and Residential Life. You will manage undergraduate RA recruitment, hiring, and onboarding, coordinate sessions, maintain applicant records, and collaborate with campus partners to ensure successful student staffing operations.

Normal work days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an expectation of strong organization and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in higher education administration or related field.
• 1 year of full-time work experience in student housing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RA recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain records of applications, performance history, and rosters for undergraduate RA staff.
• Schedule meetings and manage RA-related events and logistics.
• Liaise with campus partners to support student staffing initiatives.
