Job summary

EXL’s Survey and Risk Control team is seeking motivated individuals for a remote, home-based role. You will schedule appraisal appointments with policyholders and guide homeowners through submitting their home photos via our ASSIST self-survey product.

Excellent customer service skills are essential, with a focus on accuracy, productivity, and quality. The position offers paid training, competitive hourly pay, incentive potential, and generous benefits through EXL.

Pay Details:

• Total compensation for this position is targeted at $13-$15 per hour. The target total compensation consists of a base hourly wage plus performance-based incentive pay. Incentive Pay is driven by productivity, turn-around time and quality, and is not sales-based.
