Job summary

EXL’s Survey and Risk Control team is seeking motivated, self-directed individuals for a remote, home-based role. You will schedule appraisal appointments with policyholders and help homeowners submit their own home photos through our ASSIST self-survey product.

Total compensation is targeted at $13-$15 per hour, including base pay and incentive pay. No travel required. We offer paid sick leave, superb training, flexible hours and a strong culture.

Qualifications

• Motivated and self-directed individuals with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to schedule appraisal appointments and guide homeowners through self-survey process.
