EXL’s Castle High Value and Risk Control divisions are the nation’s leading residential and commercial insurance survey providers. This remote role supports scheduling appraisal appointments with policyholders and guiding homeowners to submit photos via the ASSIST self-survey product.

Pay Details:

Total compensation for this position is targeted at $13-$15 per hour. The target total compensation consists of a base hourly wage plus performance-based incentive pay. Incentive Pay is driven by productivity, turn-around time and quality, and is not sales-based.
