What You'll Do
  • Coordinate Student Affairs operations, including administrative support, budgeting, purchasing, compliance, and financial processes.
  • Lead the administration of student engagement programs and platforms while supporting campus events, orientation, commencement, and other student initiatives.
  • Supervise graduate assistants and student employees, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, training, and timesheet approvals.
  • Manage student compliance processes, divisional programs, and operational initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with students, faculty, staff, campus partners, and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative, organizational, and project management
  • 2+ years of professional experience in higher education, administration, student affairs, operations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in coordinating multiple projects, programs, or administrative processes simultaneously.
