ElevateDD seeks a Coordinator, Education Services to support statewide education services, including Learning Aid Ohio and Adult Literacy Ohio, ensuring enrollment, matching, participant communication, and program reporting are organized, accurate, and compliant.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Statewide Education Services, this role coordinates routine program operations and maintains reliable records, contributing to a positive participant experience and smooth operations.

Status: Full-time, Exempt
Pay Range: $50,000–$56,000
The Coordinator, Education Services supports the daily coordination of ElevateDD’s statewide education services, with a primary focus on Learning Aid Ohio and Adult Literacy Ohio. The role helps keep learner and tutor enrollment, matching, participant communication, referral follow-up, documentation, and reporting workflows organized, accessible, accurate, and aligned with program requirements.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Statewide Education Services, this position provides responsive support to learners, families, tutors, contractors, and partners while maintaining reliable program records and communication systems. The role coordinates routine program operations across Learning Aid Ohio and Adult Literacy Ohio and contributes to an efficient, clear, and positive participant experience.
