What You Will Do

  • Manage project timelines, update key documents & industry research across UCAN, LATAM & APAC.
  • Support global press relationships year-round by assisting with screener access, press materials and at times, interview requests.
  • Creating and updating press screening invitations & screener newsletter templates.
  • Organize virtual & in-person awards screenings and press activities, to include RSVP management and screening reports as needed.
  • Work with external vendors on ‘For Your Consideration’ (FYC) websites & materials.
  • Collaborate with internal partners across various departments to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Creating, processing both POs & invoices.
  • Vendor supplier onboarding when necessary.
  • Booking Digital Camera Package (DCP) and screening assets for awards screenings.

  • A clear and concise communication style, and the ability to effectively convey complex ideas both in writing and verbally.
  • Demonstrated operational capabilities, having previously tracked and interpreted data.
  • Meticulous organizational skills, good judgment in the face of ambiguity, a superpower for multitasking and a keen attention to detail.
  • A proactive and positive approach that embodies our company values every day.
  • Demonstrated ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides and Google Mail.
  • Conversational fluency in a non-English language is a plus.
