Base pay range

$21.00/hr - $24.00/hr

A leading entertainment studio is seeking a detail-oriented and organized programming professional supporting the FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming Television) Channels business through schedule creation, content evaluation, and marketplace analysis. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in program scheduling, broadcast operations, and content programming, as well asbeing skilled at managing multiple deadlines, ensuring programming accuracy, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality, competitive channel lineups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management to evaluate programming, create monthly schedules, and track licensing restrictions and run counts.
  • Input schedules into programming software and ensure metadata is complete and accurate.
  • Conduct final QC of logs before release for playout.
  • Distribute programming changes to internal and external teams.
  • Screen films and series to assess audience appeal, usability, and content restrictions.
  • Monitor and maintain content strength and appropriateness for channels.
  • Pull programming reports, track inventory strength, and analyze competitive television landscape.
  • Support strategic analysis of the FAST marketplace and research emerging platforms.
  • Build and maintain cross-divisional and inter-company relationships to support programming goals.
