The position emphasizes liaison work with consumers and service providers, with a focus on housing resources and maintaining records. Strong computer skills and two years in homeless services are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with computer applications and systems is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Enter client data in the LSNDC HMIS Data Base.
• Collaborate with System Administrator to generate required reports.
• Develop expertise in using the Advanced Reporting Tool.
• Refer consumers to eligible services.
• Establish rapport to engage consumers in services.
• Maintain program records and housing/resource databases.
