Job summary

Wiremap Systems Llc seeks a Procurement and Purchasing Coordinator in Albany, Oregon. This role oversees ordering, tracking, receiving, and staging materials for installation and service projects, acting as a liaison between project managers and material needs to keep jobs flowing with minimal delays.

The ideal candidate has three years of experience managing purchasing tasks, strong computer skills, and excellent organization and time-management abilities. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Three years’ prior experience in managing purchasing responsibilities.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, emails, typing, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Self-starter who can prioritize tasks for optimal workflow.
• Ability to follow directions with a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift average 10-20 lb. boxes.
• Good communication and phone skills.
• Holds a valid driver license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work with project estimators and managers to determine material needs and create purchase orders.
• Liaise with vendors to maintain good relations.
• Track and coordinate material shipments, communicate delivery status to project managers.
• Receive material, verify quantities, and stage per project.
• Process outgoing material shipments and maintain records.
• Rotate stock and adjust inventory levels as needed.
• Keep all material order records organized and up to date.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
