Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ERP purchasing software is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and services per company policies.
• Issue and manage purchase orders, track deliveries, ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Negotiate with vendors to obtain pricing and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and update ERP data; leverage Service Titan where applicable.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate stock.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and field teams to forecast purchasing needs.
• Assist with vendor evaluations and maintain supplier records.
• Ensure compliance with policies, contracts, and regulations.
• Assist in preparing technician estimates and pricing for service work.
• Perform daily data entry and admin tasks in Service Titan for HVAC & plumbing price books.
• Coordinate with technicians, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments to support daily operations.
