Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring at our Kent, OH store (295 S Water Street) to join the Cookie Crew. As a team member, you will bake warm cookies, take orders, handle in-store and delivery tasks, and provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, late-night environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with hospitality and make interactions memorable.
• Bake, package, and prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process transactions accurately.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe.
• Support teammates and keep the line moving during busy periods.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, in partnership with Shift Leader.
• Deliver a warm experience to turn first-time guests into lifelong Insomniacs.
