You will interact with customers while baking our signature warm and delicious cookies, providing a friendly experience for every guest. Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role – preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the store and take their orders.
• Help customers understand menu items and answer questions.
• Bake cookies and ensure correct delivery of orders.
• Handle cash and payments accurately.
