Job summary

Boiling Point is seeking motivated candidates to join our Central Kitchen team. Responsible for preparing all food items, maintaining quality, and storing items for restaurant service.

You will follow BP standards, handle chopping, cooking, packaging, and sanitation, with a flexible schedule and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Prior kitchen experience preferred; bilingual Chinese helpful.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant/kitchen.
• Friendly with excellent customer service.
• Able to multitask and work in a team environment.
• Flexible schedules required.
• Bilingual Chinese preferred, but not required.
• Background check and employment verification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook items for daily service per BP standards.
• Follow proper placement of food items and adhere to BP specifications.
• Chop, wash, and cut vegetables and meats as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations and equipment.
• Package, seal, and store completed pots and orders for shipping to restaurants.
• Assist with packaging and labeling of add-on items.
• Quality check all items to ensure compliance with BP guidelines.
• Adhere to safety codes and BP's code of ethics and conduct.
